Cancellations: Nail Care By Kristy has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions.
This is a standard policy Nail Care By Kristy has created as a courtesy to all first time clients, any appointment which include amenities, and any appointment for over $35.00 must secured by a valid credit card.
If you cancel your appointment(s) in less than 24 business hours prior to the appointment time you will be charged $25 of canceled service(s) fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of all scheduled services.
